The Wild One
This is me after taking a spin around the neighborhood on my father-in-law's Harley. (I was on that back, with Tony driving, but that doesn't look as cool for the photo)
O.K., web logs are boring, right? But they say to me, "Tom, you've got to have a blog". So, everything on this site is a photo or comment sent in from my treo mobile phone. This is truly one-handed blogging. Way to go, modern world!
Today I started with some eggs and coffee followed by this excellent apple tart, care of Amine at Zaitseff. Life is good.
Exhausted after flying home from my NH gig. I put on NPR and fall asleep on the couch. One of those super deep sleeps that have you confused when you get up. "How did I get here?" Is what I might say to myself.
a lot of my entries have to do with having coffee in the morning. I guess that is when I am sitting alone and playing with my treo. Remember, all the entries in this blog have to come directly from my treo. This is the plaza outside my apartment. That's The Fed building in the background. Nice day today. I have a Moonwork show tonight.
We had lunch with an interesting group of comics. Here's me, Matt Higgins and the world famous Tom Cotter. Dave Konig, you surely missed the greatest lunch ever! I mean, look at the fun we are having!
Most mondays begin for me at Rt. 66 cafe on 56th St. across from my office. Several cups of weak coffee, and I'm good to go.
You can see that our dressing room for this weekends barbershop quartet show was fitting, seeing as we got our start singing in the (boys) bathroom at Norwood High School.
